For international or travel-based sessions where NOKO has been flown to your destination, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the full session fee plus any non-recoverable travel expenses.

7. Payment terms

Payment for coaching packages is due in advance of the programme start date. Individual sessions are payable at the time of booking. Product orders are payable at checkout via PayPal or card payment through Square. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

8. Digital programmes

Digital programmes (PDF downloads) are delivered via email with a unique download password after payment is confirmed. You may not share, resell, distribute, or reproduce any programme content. All digital programme content is the intellectual property of NOKO.

9. Products

Products listed on our website are curated recommendations. Where we sell products directly, we ensure they are sourced from reputable suppliers. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. NOKO does not guarantee specific results from any supplement or device.

1. Coaching services

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a session, please raise this directly with Norbert within 48 hours. We are committed to resolving any concerns and ensuring you receive the highest standard of service.

2. Digital programmes (PDF downloads)

All digital programme purchases are final and non-refundable. Once your download password has been issued, the sale is complete. Due to the digital nature of these products, we cannot verify whether content has been downloaded, viewed, copied, or shared — and therefore we cannot process refunds.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which permit exclusion of the right to cancel for digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer's prior consent.

By purchasing a digital programme, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are requesting immediate access to digital content.
• You understand that this means you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period.
• All sales of digital programmes are final.

3. Physical products

For physical products purchased through our website:

• Damaged or defective items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@getnoko.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a correction at no cost to you.
• Change of mind: Due to health and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns on supplements, peptides, skincare, or any ingestible or topical products once opened. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Coaching packages (unused sessions)

If you have purchased a multi-session coaching package and wish to discontinue:

• Unused sessions within a package are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 90 days of the original purchase date.
• After 90 days, unused sessions expire and no credit or refund will be issued.
• Coaching packages are non-transferable and may not be gifted or assigned to another person without written consent from NOKO.

5. Cancellation & no-shows

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice — or missed without notice — are charged in full and are non-refundable. For international sessions, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required.

6. Exceptional circumstances

We understand that life happens. In the case of genuine medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, please contact Norbert directly. We will always try to find a fair resolution — but this is at our sole discretion and does not constitute an obligation to refund.
